Make an application on our
website You can register your interest in leasing a parking space in one of our facilities on our website. Just follow these instructions: - Click on the menu "P-platser" and then on “P-platser att hyra” (Parking spaces to lease). -Then select the “Område” (Area). This symbol 
(Lease)
will appear at a number of
facilities. This indicates that spaces are available to lease.If the symbol is not present it means that booking a parking space is not possible on the website. This can depend on a number of factors, e. g. there is a long waiting list for available spaces or that parking is only available to residents of the building etc… For more detailed information please contact our customer service department 08 772 96 55. When you click on the symbol you will be linked to a page with
an application form.

application form (pdf-file). The categories of parking spaces are marked to indicate spaces that are available for leasing immediately and those that have a waiting list. Fill in the (Swedish)form and send it to us. Shortly an e-mail message will be sent to you with a link to click on to activate your request for parking in the chosen facility. If there is a parking space available… your application will be processed by our customer service department within 7 working days. You will be contacted and sent a contract proposal. A check of your credit worthiness will be performed before the contract is signed. If there are no parking spaces available… you will be placed on a waiting list for the chosen facility. When a space becomes available customer service will contact you and send you a contract proposal. A check of your credit worthiness will be performed before the contract is signed. If you have not been offered a parking space within 8 weeks an e-mail will be sent asking if you wish to remain on the waiting list. The e-mail will have a link to click on to indicate that you would like to remain on the waiting list, you will have 14 days to reply. If no reply is received within the allotted time period you will be automatically removed from the waiting list. |
